Dr. Joseph E. Morton, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Joseph E. Morton is a native of Northern Ohio and graduated from Woodridge High School in Peninsula, OH. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Chemistry along with a minor in mathematics in 1979 from Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he was a James Graham Brown Scholar. He was a member of Kentucky Wesleyan's Covenant Order of Oak and Ivy, one of the highest honors bestowed on students who exhibit spiritual leadership, intellectual ability, and strength in character. He then received a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Kentucky in 1983. Dr. Morton began his private practice in Henderson, Kentucky in 1983. He has an impeccable eye for aesthetics and is passionate about creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Morton is currently affiliated with American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and Spear Study Club.
Dr. Morton has been married to his wife, Lynn, since July 1994 and they are the proud parents of four children; Drake, Dylan, Lilly, and Lucie. They make their home in Henderson and share it with their four-legged children Annie (a Golden Doodle) and Ricky (a Yorkie). He is a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. When not at the office, he enjoys watching college football (especially The Ohio State Buckeyes) and spending time with family.
Lynn Morton
Office Coordinator
Lynn has been with Morton Family Dentistry since 1995. She is a native of Union County Kentucky. She graduated from Union County High School. Lynn attended Henderson Community College and University of Southern Indiana. Lynn states what she loves most about her job is building and establishing relationships with all our patients.
Lynn has been married to Dr. Morton since 1994 and they have four children: Drake, Dylan, Lilly, and Lucie. She is a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. Lynn has been an advocate for individuals with special needs and Autism. She has a deep passion for the special population to be included and accepted. When not at the office, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family, reading, decorating, and exercising.
Hannah Griffin
Dental Hygienist
Hannah joined Morton Family Dentistry in November 2021. She is a native of Henderson County and was raised in Niagara. Hannah graduated from Henderson County High School in 2015. She continued her education at Henderson Community College where she graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 2018. Hannah has been provided dental hygiene care to patients in the tri-state area before she found her home with Morton Family Dentistry. She states that what she loves most about her job is having the opportunity to get to know each of her patients and their individual dental hygiene needs. She loves providing them with quality care through detailed patient orient treatment.
During her free time she enjoys caring for her pet bearded dragon, being outdoors hiking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Teresa Woosley
Front Desk Coordinator
Teresa started back with Morton Family Dentistry in March 2022. She originally started working for Dr. Joe in 1990 way back at his Cherry St office location. Teresa is a native to Henderson County where she currently resides with her husband Johnny. She enjoys being outdoors, swimming, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her grandkids.

Breezie Trodglen
Dental Assistant
Breezie is a native of Henderson County. She is a graduate from Henderson County High School. She began her dental career through Morton Family Dentistry through the co-op program with HCHS. She quickly transitioned from a cop op student to a diverse skilled and enthusiastic dental assistant. Breezie is currently enrolled at USI.
In her spare time Breezie enjoys reading, playing tennis, hiking, and spending time with her family and long-term boyfriend. She brings lots of joy, laughter, and energy to our office along with her contagious smile.
