Morton Membership is an annual membership plan that allows you to receive the modern dentistry and the personal care you need at an affordable price. We are committed to roviding the highest quality dental services at Morton Family Dentistry at prices that make sense.
Benefits
Your Morton Membership covers the following at 100%:
- 2 hygiene visits (cleanings) per year (standard membership only, periodontal membership may be necessary for some individuals with advanced gum treatment needs)
- All necessary x-rays
- 1 emergency visit exams per year during normal business hours
- In office fluoride treatments (2 per year)
Your Morton Membership also covers the following:
- 10% on fillings, crowns, extractions and other general services
Periodontal Maintenance Membership
After your initial evaluation it may be necessary to receive Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings more than the standard 2 times per year. With our membership plan we have taken this into consideration. Most insurance only covers Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings 2 times per year which is not sufficient for some patients. Our Periodontal Membership allows you to receive the care you need at reduced pricing. Periodontal infection therapy (deep cleaning) may be necessary before entering the maintenance plan.
Membership level necessary to maintain health is determined by the initial examination and subsequent yearly examinations.
